Im gold account and just now noticed I am only getting one vend when it should be 2

With a GA you don't vend two items instead of one at a time, your overall number of possible vends jumps from 250 to 500 items per day.

I'm not sure what you mean? You don't get two vends for the same price with a GA, you're able to vend twice as many times (the limit is raised to 500 vends per day rather than 250)
