I got a high score in Matlal's Jewels, but it didn't appear in the high score table. Is it that I have to wait for it to be reviewed, or does the high score table close after a certain time after the reset?

The high score table is on a cache, so it can take a little time to show up (5 minutes to an hour or so). Also you can't get any high score achievements on the first 3 days of the month to ensure that someone with a score of "1" can't get the achievement at a second after midnight on the first, when they reset the scores.
