On Opera, I have no base on my avatar. In fact, the basic wardrobe doesn't even load on Opera, I have to go to the beta one, and even then I have no base.

I figured it out, it was something on my end! I had blocked an NPC avatar, and it apparently made all avatars go poof along with my base. I still cannot see user posted images, but it's no huge deal, I don't frequent the forums too much.

Probably not compatible. But it could be something cache-related. Try Ctrl + F5 (at any page where your HA image is shown) or deleting the cookies.

No, it doesn't. I also don't see avatars anywhere, nor do I see most images posted unless they're signatures.

No, I don't have any add ons. Things were showing up maybe a month ago.

I'm using the latest version. I can't really pinpoint when images stopped showing in the forums, but I know I had an avatar until last week.
