I hope this is in the right place, if not it would be nice if staff could move it were it belongs!

I want to make pet profiles for my favorite pets for some time now but I'm unable to do so since I don't have the time. But all those unfinished things are really bothering me.

The first I really want to have done is my pet Jolly Joker. I have put up the general idea how I want it to look like on her profile here:

Is there anyone out there who would be willing to build up this rough sketch into a decent profile?

I'm willing to pay reasonable. Just tell me if you are interesting and we can talk about this.

I have Photoshop files of all graphics I used ready to make available for anyone who would want to try this.
