Do you think it would be possible to, after a CW has been accepted, Remove the art and edit and resubmit it? Or would I just have to start a whole new CW..? (Can afford that option)

It's a size issue more than anything.

you can file a ticket and ask if they'd be willing to replace the art. if they agree you can just send the new art and they will update it for you.

unless there is a technical problem (ie bleed, colored lineart, white background etc.), staff does not permit to change the overlay!

It would be very tedious for them to change and replace overlays whose art may be outdated (I'm thinking of old cws drawn 4 years ago) or for any esthetic reasons. There is also the matter of people purchasing a cw 'as it is now', who may be unhappy with the new version they are forced to accept!

^^Agreed 100%. Changing an approved CW could really alienate buyers. It's definitely possible to create a new CW that is inspired by the old and corrects the things you want changed. Good luck!

probably late to answer this one. technically that is possible BUT you need a good reason for that.

I once uploaded the wrong overlay for an item but since it went through quickly I only noticed the difference once it was on site and people were buying it from the shop.

thankfully the staff allowed me to upload the actual overlay that I had advertised when I pre-slotted and I had to ping people individually to let them know about the change and offered a refund to anyone wanting it.

The staff are usually very understanding of simple mistakes but if it's something like out-dated art... well you have to think of the people who've bought the item already, you can't changed it on them years later -_-;
