My sister and I joined Subeta after I had been locked out of my account for like the third time in a row. This is a much better site and community.

I joined here after a temp ban from Neopets ages ago, but I can see why a lot would start running to other sites with what Neopets is going through right now.

Hopefully everyone shifting over here enjoys it and sticks around. So, welcome to Subeta!

I came over from Neopets because Subeta is just so much more fun, and it's relatively easy to earn decent amounts of sP. I was starting to feel like it you weren't a squillinaire on Neopets then you couldn't do a whole lot (or maybe that was just me).

I've been on Neopets for over ten years (:o) and I had an account on Subeta years ago, but eventually Neo won out. As I've gotten older and Neo has gone downhill, it's gotten less interesting for me. Last month when everything went to hell in a handbasket, I saw some people talking about Subeta and remembered I'd really liked it before, so here I am!

[edit] I love that too. I'm super obsessed with saving up, no matter what site I'm on, so I like that here I can save more easily, and actually see how much I'm saving.

I just love the fact that I can earn 250k every day just from playing Sudoku (Subeku) and Minesweeper (Balloon Sweeper).

Right?! My favorite is Caliph's Tomb, which is like Pyramids on Neo, but you can earn 200k a day just from that. And then of course the quests are awesome.

I'll have to give that game a try :)

I came over from Neo a looong time ago, mostly due to their rule that any story you create using their pets is instantly theirs. Giving them the complete freedom to steal your characters and stories. When they made the change you had to click an agreement for them- I never did click the agreement, I instantly came here and moved all my characters and stories. The site went completely downhill for me when they were bought by Nick -shrug- But I had always had issues with Neo as it was. They loved to try and find reasons to freeze people and never hear them out. I loved that when I moved to subeta the staff was very friendly and would always be there to actually talk to if you had issues. And thats not to mention the fact that you can have all your pets on one single account all together, and have so many!!! I love having all my babies right here~

Haha seems like a lot of people did. You can say a lot about Neopets, but Subeta offers wayyy better community!

I left Neopets 9 years ago and have never looked back. Subeta is so much better.

I came here after my cousin pointed out that her stepsister worked as an artist and thought I may be into it. Never looked back to Neopets after that, with the exception of giving my ex my login creds so he could raid it for whatever he wanted. I joined Subeta about 3 months after it "opened".

Just curious; what is this trouble that has been happening with neo recently?

A giant hacking spree started around two weeks ago. People have been locked out of their accounts, pets have been pounded, items have been thrown into the money tree. I heard everything was in chaos, I couldn't see it for myself because there was an glitch with logging in for quite a few people and I was one of those -_-

So for the past 2 weeks we have "wave 2" of the neopets players :)

o_o wow. Damn. Thanks for explaining. I haven't been on neo for yeaaaaars..since I found subeta in fact. Sad times for the players who have lost their pets or accounts. But on the bright side, subeta gets a bunch of new users to play with? xD

I came when that Neopocalypse happened around December. I have been there for 13ish year, still go for the daily interest and the better of the dailies, but I spend way more time over here on Subeta. It won for me over all the others I checked out.

My account on Neo is 15 years old. The site has gone so far downhill that I only zap my lab pet, put my pets in the lodge and play a few games.

I stay away from the boards and pretty much everything else. It's impossible to make points over there and with the crap that goes on I take no chances. The only reason I haven't stopped completely is I worked too damn hard to get my poor account where it is, which isn't saying much.

Subeta is so much better.
