Really love Veta Swallow Scientific Drawing and Riverside Heron Scientific Drawing! Amazing ^^

They are so beautiful! I love them. But I doubt I'd be able to use any of them.

I will be getting the swallow one for a pet's TC though. So happy there is a swallow one.

The shading on these is fantastic, and I can see the item images being a great addition to a drawing or art themed pet TC. c: I wish I liked the styles more. The only one that I really like the style and color of has disappointingly thick lineart. I might go for it if the lineart gets refined a bit more.

they're all beautiful; I especially love the coloration and shading on the raven and pigeon

eh... I don't like them, at all. the lining is so thick on some of them, it doesn't match the other items on the site. it's like we are going back in time with the old art style and all... especially with that rainbow wig and the peka glade one... the back looks idk... weird, it's something with the colouring... basically the only one which looks really good to me is the riverside one the darkside wig looks also extremely outdated

I don't think the lineart is too bad, though there is some sort of anti-aliasing issue with the Macaw one I think? It looks jagged.

The killing point for me is how glossy and smooth most of these look. They look plastic-y to me.

But I like the Roadrunner, and the Sandpiper is cute and fluffy. :D

I feel like we've stepped back in time with these. The lineart appears so thick on some, and like said, they look plastic-y. The colors are nice, but they aren't high enough quality for me to drop money on em.

I agree with those that say they look plastic-y. I guess just not my style. I like the roadrunner one though. :3 The CIs are incredible.

I really like some of these, I wish they weren't cash shop items, I'm too poor.

There are a couple I don't care for but OMG the rest are amazing (well even the ones I don't like are amazing, just not my sort of thing). Love that they did this!

I'll just paraphrase what I said on the news post - first of all I saw these and initially thought omg wearable birds but then I saw the wig part and I was like aw... And then I saw everyone else's critiques in the comments and I was disappointed more. I feel like the macaw one could be really nice and one of my favourites if it didn't look so outdated/plasticy/stickery whatever's going on with it. The macaw and vulture's coloring/shading styles both remind me of which is from 5 years ago...

To be positive, the Delphi one and Peka Glade one both interest me.

I like the heron one but most of these look plastic..y? They look kind of like stickers. :c The CIs are beautiful though.

love the roadrunner, but I wish the Macaw hair were better. Otherwise, not really my thing, for Cash Shop Stuff.

The male wigs are gorgeous!

And while I still feel that the female wigs are lovely and I do very much like the Raven one, - the Macaw has very thick line art, fuzzy edges, and overall the coloration looks like a sticker with very little shading and a too big of a glossy effect. It just looks out of place with the rest of them.

I do think the other ones that have a glossy effect are done well, and are supposed to be modeled after the glossy sheen of feathers (since they are, after all, birds)! Plus the hairstyles are pretty unique!

I wish the Pigeon wig was a different color. It's sooo pretty, but I'm not the greatest at working with blues (which is obviously my problem, not the artist's!). The roadrunner, quail, swallow and Bird of Paradise are lovely, too.
