Hi, my name is Alex. I'm a new member here, and joined after what happened/is happening over at neopets. I'm completely lost, but after having this site suggested to me by a number of users, I figured I'd give it a go.

Is there like a newbie page or anything? Or anyone willing to help me get used to the site?

Also, how do I get hair on my avatar? I've tried and tried again and can't get it to stay.

Hi there :D! I joined because I was losing faith in Neo as well, haha. There should be a event at the top of your page, which if you click on, it'll show you how to navigate the site. You need to go to the wardrobe and then the beta wardrobe for hair - then click hair salon. Once done, press save :3!

Hey welcome ! There is a good updated guide here. If you have any questions feel free to ask me. I've been here for 6 years now, also originally coming from Neopets :) Subeta was pretty overwhelming at first for me but I've made many good friends here and love it.
