When you go to redeem a ring challenger you already have, the item just disappears. This is really annoying that there is no warning from the system that says "You already have the challenger". I mean, I could look, but if I don't remember to look that is time that staff has to take to restore the missing item.

This is definitely something that should be fixed. I didn't realise the item could vanish if the challenger was already unlocked. Why is this even possible?

I don't know if this could be done, but it would be great if account search could show that an item has been used to unlock a challenger. So you could search the newest ring, and the search results would show "1 used to unlock challenger".

The best solution is that after you unlock the challenger, the option to unlock the challenger will disappear, so I hope they will do it if it's possible :D

Man, I would be one of those people who tries and doesn't realize they already have it! I just know it. I didn't know you could do that. I'm definitely all for an alert that says 'You already unlocked this challenger!' and doesn't let you use it again, like with collections.

I am usually pretty careful about this, but I would love it if the option would just disappear if you already unlocked them or something. Complete support for this =)

Forgive me if I am wrong, I don't think you ever got your book or idkwhat back so you might be supporting this thread I guess.

I agree with , the option just should disappear like if a book is read it disappears from the list. Same with that option. Maybe it would take a lot of time for recoding all this, I have no idea.

Had this happen and made a ticket. Got told to make a P&B post. Made a P&B post. Got told to make a ticket. etc. etc. Bottom line they weren't sure if this was intended to happen or not and they needed to check with a programmer. I'D LIKE MY MEDIEVAL RESEARCH NOTES BACK PLEASE 2 YEARS LATER
