So long story short, I want to get my first IRL tattoo and I want something like this but Beauty & the Beast themed (water lilies changed to roses, blue and gold toned frame/bg area, a portrait of Belle in a style similar to that....sort of like merging it with this one I guess, but definitely in the more art nouveau style).

I'm not entirely sure on what I could offer payment wise, but I could probably do up to 1k-2k csc or USD equivalent if you have a paypal, up to about 25 mill sP (this could go up depending on how much I earn between now and whenever I pick the artist), or some combination of those options, depending on your usual price for something of this nature.

I'm thinking of getting it on my wrist/forearm area, so something maybe a little less than that level of detail would ideal. (Probably about a 2-2.5 inch or so area width wise to work with, and maybe 3-3.5 inches length wise depending on what works)

If interested (and fairly confident in your ability to draw in this style), post a few examples and give me a general price range please. ❤

I'd like to have a try at it! I've tried my hand at art nouveau a couple of times. It's a style thats very appealing to me; My newest example would be this: [ x ] Even though its backgroundless, but my newest one with nouveau influences xD I'd prefer USD or CSC ; and it'd probably go for around 15 - 30 USD depending on the shading style you'd like.

Those are adorable (the top left one, I'm getting kind of a slightly modern day Anna from Frozen vibe. <3 ), but not quite what I'd be looking for with this particular project. Quality wise, your style is really nice though. I'll have to keep you in mind when I get to commissioning art of a few of my pets (I can definitely see your style working beautifully with my two Galactic ones especially, given the mental image I have of them. I'm glad you like it! Like I said, it depends on the shading style you want. If you want a flat-colored version, it'd be for about 25USD, but if you want it cellshaded ( like the example I gave you )it'd be 30 ( for the character shaded only ) or 35USD ( for both character and the background shaded )

That's definitely a do-able budget for that quality of art. I won't have the money until around the 2nd so do you mind if I take a couple days to see if another artist that sMailed me has any color examples so I can give them a fair chance?

All of the ones they sent were in black and white, but I don't know if I'd be all that comfortable handing the person doing the tattoo something black and white and just trying to describe the colors I'd want, y'know? n_n

Tattoos are usually expensive [ specially when you do it with a great artist ] I know for experience xD So I figured somethin like that wouldn't hurt your pockets xD And of course, no rush! PM/ ping me when you're ready!

Given the size, I'm expecting it to be around the 500-700 range if I use the artist my aunt keeps raving about. x'D It's going to be so worth it though...Belle is legitimately my favorite Disney character/spirit animal...err...cartoon.
