Has anyone else ever received one of these? I think I got it from Net Gain but I honestly don't know! It's item type was listed as game prize so that must be it right? Well, I sold it eventually since no one else was selling one

That I don't know for sure, sorry. :( I would think you'd be able to find one again since it's found randomly and not specifically an achievement reward or anything.
