I'm new here and figured I should introduce myself if I ever wanted to become a part of this community. Sure seems vibrant. A friend of mine recently asked on Facebook if anyone still played on another petsite. I used to LOVE that site but it's gone downhill when I went and checked it out again so that sparked my search to find other petsites(with better art and members!). Thus, I landed in your little world. Pretty please be nice?

Now for the shameless self assessment and promotion. My name is Alethea. I'm 21, live in KS currently but am hopefully moving sometime in the next few months. I'm currently taking a break from college(Physics degree anyone else?) because I have a 6 month old German Shepherd Service Dog in Training who needs ALL my attention. I've also been considering getting a Leopard Gecko. My favorite flower is a Dandelion. My favortie food is apples and I'm always willing to trade recipes. My favorite hobbies are riding my motorcycle, painting, and trying to achieve a minimalist lifestyle...it's not going well on any front but I'm making an effort...

I love most types of music, including the country/rap cross overs. I know. I know. Judah & The Lion, Shepherd, and Crash Kings are a few favorites right now though.

So far I really like it here. I'm a bit confused about a few things but I LOVE how customizable everything is and how busy the forums seem to be! Feel free to say hi here or PM me. I suppose I should go find my inbox...

My best friend started calling me his "Prairie Rose" when we were young because there were huge patches of them that grew on the property where I grew up, my middle name is Rose, and I "always smell like roses and prairie fire" because of my shampoo and favorite moisturizer containing rose water. I honestly have no idea why my friends think I smell like prairie fire but I'm okay with it because I think that's a really familiar and homey scent. I've always really liked it and just used it for a lot of things since.

I also hear it called Hick Hop. They're a little different than country-rap. but not bad. Dirt Road Anthem Remix by Jason Aldean ft Ludacris is popular but NOT my favorite! I consider This Is How We Roll by Florida Georgia Line pretty good and not a bad representation of the cross over. I'm honestly drawing a complete blank otherwise on good songs! haha
