A problem I always run into when making an avatar is choosing makeup that doesn't fit right over the current base features. If I want to change it, I have to go around and change the entire base, lose my place in the flood of items, and often can't even get back to the items at all (Ahhh, beta wardrobe how I loathe ye.). I'd love it if we could toggle facial features (the whole face at once would be easiest), since we already have a layer for the base itself! Idk, maybe it's not doable but I'd certainly find it convenient!

I sympathize with this, it'd be great if it didn't do that to us. The reason it does do that to us is not because that's how it's intended to work though. Instead of adding a toggle as a workaround for the bug, maybe just fix it.
