Hi everyone. I'm trying to get into battling a bit more and I know that my set needs to be upgraded, so I'm looking for some help. I'm currently at Tier 8 with the following stats:

Level - 499 Health - 1236 Strength - 1247 Defense - 1247 Speed - 1247

I'm going for an even stat build pet. I have 81 AP available and my current battle set is below.

I would love to know what to keep, what to sell, and what to buy! Thanks!

can be sold. it is not a very good weapon

some decent t8 weapons are but it really depends on your budget. t8 you start getting into decent weapons that will heal, attack, and defend. This makes them very situational. one may be good against one opponent, but won't help very much with a different opponent, just based on what defense it does.

This guide shows the better t8 things, so you can probably follow that.

You may want to replace your with , the specs have a 100% freeze rate and attack/defend, so it's pretty much a complete upgrade

Recycle blaster is good, adding would be a good addition, but those come with a hefty price tag. The truth serum doesn't have a whole lot of use right now. Stealing is blocked a lot, making blasting a better option. certain opponents have things that if you steal, it makes the battle a lot easier. if we get more of these opponents, the truth serum is the best thing for them.

will lose its utility as you get more stats, but for now it's probably just fine. is a 90% healer, and will be better later on, but again, very expensive.

As for scrolls, you may want to add something like or or these heal each turn. The aftershocks scroll also does offense and defense, and is one of the best values since comparable scrolls to that are at least 5x the price. Terra focujin heals 3% more than that, but also doesn't do as much attack or any defense. Divine denizen doesn't heal as much as either, but does some defense, and is probably cheapest. You also may want to throw in a few these have a lowish freeze rate, but can help a lot with some extra freezes.

Thanks for the recommendations kbbob! I've added things to my wishlist so that I can start saving up for them! It would be nice to be able to get past level 15 in BQs!

and anyone else who may read this - I have a whole bunch of tokens for the battle shop that I've never ever used. Should I be adding any crystals to any of my weapons?

for mods, your main attackers should have one on them. then fill up the rest of the slots with when you hit t10 or so, you should put on your weapons because it has a freeze immunity blessing. I have my weapons all with the same mod setup - 1 critical strike, 2 parched, 1 singed (if they have four slots) some people use but meh I prefer the offense to the defense.

definitely add the minotaur knocker, gutting knife is more expensive than I remembered it being, but it's definitely better than the lost tooth because of the heal.

if you want to use your battle tokens on something, you can combine with from the easy section in the battle shop in the genetech lab. each token difficulty has its own components. you keep combining them with the resulting item until you make and/or the mecha is the last step, the helmet is the one before it, but is also very handy
