I saw the rain very early this morning 15 June. Now I have done some navigating around and I still see rain.

Isn't it supposed to last only 3 hours?

the time I pinged the Subeta Tempest Watch Network was 06/15/15 at 6:25am this was insomnia time for me, so I have no idea if it rained for the whole three hours, but it did rain for at least two.

I have looked at the STWN thread and looked, and someone noticed nearly two hours ago that it was also raining then.

If the time is split, it's a time longer than three hours. Therefore even if the nature of the rain event changed to allow time splits without Announcement to any users at all, it is still seems like a Bug. Therefore, I report it.

Either it's showing rain when it isn't raining or it's been raining too long today, both bugs. Or it's been changed to rain the whole day, or it's not a bug at all and Something Sitewide Is About To Happen.

I'm pretty sure it is actually raining right now, because I've been visited by the Tempest twice in the past couple of hours. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not either, but the rain on the maps seems to be correct.
