Bás does care about mortals though but most of all he cares about his Key Time. He's very short tempered and demanding and really proud of himself. Also @ everyone I've decided to try and do a sketch a day project, so unless loads more people come in it's likely that everyone will be drawn at some point. (This doesn't neccessarily mean every sketch will be from this thread - depending on what I feel like drawing on the day, just that I'll be drawing a loooot, so give me a lot of references.)

Hey. Your username doesn’t look familiar, but your HA does. Perhaps I saw you during Survival Celebration years ago. :) Anyway thought I’d post some OC’s since I like your art. No particular reason, I just...I guess I could draw them myself, but I enjoy collecting artwork of them. If none of them inspire you, then that is alright. ^^ I might come back at some point and post some more - I've got more stuff besides "generically pretty angelpeople", it's just 4 a.m. over here.

Character name: Hehlel Age: Appears to be between 17 and 22 (real time of birth unknown, by her own admission her age is „approximately somewhere between the birth of stars and five weeks, depending on how to count“) Gender: Female References: Charahub’s got a ton of pictures of her Personality: In some sense she is childlike, as she possesses a sort of naivety and innocence caused by her lack of experiences with the physical world, however unlike children there is very little imaginative or playful about her. She is incredibly trusting of authority figures, viewing herself as merely a pawn in some greater plan and wishing to fulfill her role. Hehlel means well, but often comes off as annoyingly self-righteous due to believing that her own view of the world must be the most „correct“ one. Pose/expression suggestion (optional): Preening; plucking feathers; casting an orb of light; sleeping on her stomach with the wings wide open on either side; reading a comic (Asterix or Tintin) or an illustrated bird book; feeding ducks or sparrows; wearing a tinsel halo; interacting with any kind of holy symbols or angel/saint figurines; praying; flying. Other (optional): I don’t hold much hope in her being particularily inspiring, because she was more-or-less designed to be incredibly bland so that I could develop her during roleplaying. Nonetheless I’m quite fond of her. I should also mention that you have relative freedom when it comes to her outfits – either things that she’s wearing on the reference images, but also modern clothes or leather-beads-and-braids-heavy fantasy outfits. However I do request that if you choose to draw her, please leave the bracelets on. She also shows some signs of wear-and-tear from her time on Earth – shadows under eyes from lack of sleep and bare patches on the „wrists“ of her wings from where she’s been plucking her feathers. Wings are optional, as she can make them disappear.

Character name: Dardariel Age: Appears in his twenties (real time of birth unknown to him, probably around 100BC) Gender: Male References: Charahub with the one pic by Lucienoir that I have of him right now Features are androgynous and bring to mind the beauty standards of ancient greek (greek woman statues are a good reference) Around his neck there’s an orthodox cross on a chain Personality: Dardariel is characterized by a fascination with the way that the human mind works. He’s got some symptoms of the shell-shocked veteran trope, due to having been to war too many times, and chooses to deal with his conflicting emotions by studying human cultures and teaching the younger, impressionable angels. Pose/expression suggestion (optional): Preening; holding a one-handed sword (any pose with a sword works really); interacting with guns, grenades or other human weaponry; reading a medievalish book on religion, philosophy or angelology; flying; relaxing. Other (optional): Dardariel’s got a pair of white wings which he can make disappear. He’s missing the small- and ringfinger on his left hand – often covers that handicap up with a thick gauntlet. Relative artistic freedom regarding his clothes – he generally wears white roman-style tunics, but could also be found in full armor or any sort of historical garb from the Byzantine Empire to WWII-era Poland.

Character name: Itzal Age: Unknown. Hinted to be in his teens. Gender: Male References: Verdict Explaining Genesis A lovely picture by Deyra of Subeta Personality: Itzal’s a demon with some human blood in his ancestry, which gives him the ability to feel fear and compassion. From what I can tell he’s distrustful of humans and angels, but follows those who help him with almost dog-like loyalty. Pose/expression suggestion (optional): Taking a TV, cellphone, radio etc. apart with great glee; sleeping curled on the floor; interacting with modern technology (enthusiastic but perhaps also a little scared?); snarling; smiling; grilling a pigeon on a makeshift bonfire. Other (optional): Technically he’s not my character, but the NPC of my game master, but we’re both fond of him so I kinda include him in my posts on her behalf. Artistic licence on outfits – can be the kind of tattered pants and stuff he’s wearing on the reference images, or something modern (hoodies, t-shirts, jeans?).

That event doesn't ring a bell, but I've had the same HA for years minus adding an item now and again, so I'm not surprised if people would recognise it but not me, ha!

Welcome back! :D I haven't even been here for five years so I can't recognize you, but dam, do I like your HA and your arts.

Bringing in a couple of nerdlord OCs, see if any of them strikes your fancy. :)

Character name: Sema Fyodorov Age: ~35 Gender: Male References: This, minus the beard, plus as much fluff to the hair as possible, and the bluest eyes there are. This picture is about as specific as it gets, white shirt involved and all. I accidentally ended up with a Russian TV presenter as this guy's FC so he doesn't have a lot of good references, sorry. Personality: A dumbass, but a dumbass trying to do the right thing. He means well, but his view of the world has been largely brainwashed by Average Dystopian Government, so even his attempts to good sometimes fall out very badly. (Then he joins the revolutions and gets to know better.) Pose/expression suggestion: doing SCIENCE! (neuroscience!); drinking himself unconcious; being frustrated that his right arm doesn't work; having military/revolutionaries point guns at him; being baffled at having to hold a weapon, particularly with only one hand Other: Has no use of his right arm after the main character shot him with a thing that does neurological damage and basically paralysed his hand for life. He's having hell of a time learning to be left-handed. Artistic licence on outfit: lab coat + nice shirt + blue jeans is the most common when still sciencing, but he gets far more ragdoll when he joins the revolution and wears whatever he happens upon.

Character name: Harper Flannery Doyle Age: 19 Gender: Agender (female by birth) References: I have collected a bunch Personality: They're pretty ruthless and no-nonsense when it comes to their job (it ain't easy being the Designated Villain of the Week), but in private they're actually just your average 19-year-old that snarks at fourth wall and is very enthusiastic about puppies and comic books. Incredibly awkward at normal human interaction, but has enough bluff and charisma to make up for it when they need to command other people to do things. Pose/expression suggestion: messing with guns or grenades or other modern weapons; playing with their german shepherd; climbing rooftops Other: Whatever else you make them wear, do please keep the plaid shirt?

Character name: "Wayward" Age: Twentysomething Gender: Female References: this HA with as davidtennanty hair as you can manage Personality: Some kind of an excited steampunk engineer/scientist/mechanic that also likes birdwatching. Pose/expression suggestion: gleefully tinkering on stuff or blowing stuff up or generally being a science woman Other: I'm yet to figure out WHO she is, I literally put pretty things together in HA maker and though "This character. Character name: Archie Age: 16 Gender: male References: ref Personality (no more than like 2-3 sentences please): Archie likes to play tough but it's only a facade to hide the scared and lonely young man inside him. He's a runaway orphan who does his best to survive on the streets of a small city (think Aladdin-style). Pose/expression suggestion (optional): Artistic freedom. Anything that would fit with what I wrote in the "Personality"-part will do nicely. Other (optional): The leaves on his chest is a pendant on a necklace. As for body type he should be pretty slim (due to living on the streets) but have some defined muscle.

Survival Celebration is what we call the annual zombie event which occurs around Valentine's Day. I think it started back in 2009 or 2010? Also, thanks I guess. :P
