Yesterday Chase not only asked for an unbuyable but this item in particular was a Cash Shop item.

So I wanted to know is it normal for Chase or any other NPC to ask for CS items during their quests? If so when did this become a thing?

Oh and for the record I almost wasn't able to complete the level I was on. Thankful for the two users that offered me help. At this time I am taking a short break from Chase and his malevolent item requests.

There's basically no limitations on which official items Chase can ask for during Item Hunt. It's very common to have to turn in CS items and unbuyable ones for the higher levels.

ouch. I get that some items requested could more or less be unbuyable though I figured CS items were off limits. Suppose I'll take my sweet time finishing the levels (on level 93 now).

Good luck! Remember, once you complete Level 100 you've beaten Item Hunt and you won't be able to play it anymore or unlock Chase as a battle opponent.

thanks and trust me when I finally do beat him, I'll be relieved. I'm not too much of a battler so it won't bother me much not to have him as an opponent. So thanks for the reminder. :)

No problem. There are two ping groups that you may find useful since you're on such a high level. One is called IHH and the other is called IHHbargain.

Chase is definitely a pain at higher levels. He asked me to get and I almost had to restart but someone was kind enough to sell me their's at a reasonable price.

Ugh, I feel for you . Glad someone was able to sell you theirs though.
