(Got an artist. ^_^ )

So I'm looking for someone who can make a custom outfit for my avatar. I'm looking at getting an outfit like Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter. Out of all of his outfits, my most favorite one is probably his Heaven's Arena outfit. I can provide a turnaround image for the character for whomever wants to try to make it. I don't particularly need his hair, as the hair I'm currently using is perfectly fine.

I don't know how this works with payment for the items. (or even how to apply it to the avatar, as I've never done one of these before, so pardon my complete derpness to this. It's still all pretty new to me.) If it's pay by USD, I get paid Friday and would hope to have enough after I pay my bills to send a payment. ^_^
