I started my Subeta account years ago and then took a substantial break. I returned just this week and found that some achievements that I had attained have gone?

I see that the achievements page has been updated but it just seems really glitchy and my achievements just won't load.

Will this be fixed? Is there a way of getting back those achievements? (Before you ask, I didn't make a record of all the achievements I had, but surely they must still be somewhere?)

If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be much appreciated!! :)

There should be a link in the red box at the top of the achievements page to get them back (where it says "click here to process additional achievements")! C:

I have done so, but when I go to the achievements page, I get things like this...

where it says I have opened 100/1 goody bags, for example?

You might want to open a ticket about that then o.o It could be that the importing didn't work properly.

You can view your old achievements using this link.

Once you've found all the missing achievements, you can make a ticket and have staff correct them for you. It's a pain in the butt and I'm still ridiculously bitter about it.
