I was questing fine earlier and now I can't buy from user shops from Shop Search. I have to go into the shop and click the item directly.
I get the "Item doesn't exist!" page.

Can you tell me if this is still happening for you? I am able to purchase from shop search fine. If you are still having this issue, please let me know your browser, operating system and if you have any browser addons.

I use Chrome,OS Yosemite 10.10.1. I am still having the issue on Chrome.

I do usually use the search add-ons but I checked buying directly from subeta search - not through the extension and it still doesn't work. I did just try on Firefox and Safari and it DOES work. So it seems to be a Chrome issue. I usually use Chrome for the wardrobe/subeta lodge - but I'll just quest on another browser as a quick go around. :)
I am thinking it might be one of the addons since I am on Chrome as well with no problem. You may want to disable each, one at a time and see if it is one of those.

I also get this on Chrome. I just tried updated Chrome as well and it didn't help (Version 45.0.2454.99 m).
This has been an issue for me for months, probably a year now. Is this something that can be fixed? I cannot buy from user shops in Chrome from the shop search, I always get the "Item doesn't exist!" message. Firefox has become increasingly buggy (freezing, slow loading) for me and it would be nice to have an alternative.

I had a similar issue today but not really. I was doing my quests and attempted to buy an item from a user's shop and I got simply the message "Purchase failed." I usually only see that message when I try to buy something with not enough sP on hand but I had more than enough; over a million. It was weird.

Not much to it, just "Item doesn't exist!" Screenshot below. Just information for troubleshooting this and the js/pusher issue: I have tried disabling all add-ons and extensions, reset both browsers to their default states, and tried from multiple computers.

It happens every single time. Here are a couple of examples: Tried to buy Purple Cotton Candy from a shop called The Red Turtle - "Item doesn't exist!" Tried to buy Red Snow Fairy from a shop called Out of the Vault - "Item doesn't exist!"
I can go to the user shop, search for the item by name and purchase it directly from the shop inventory, but can never buy from the shop search page.
: Hm, very strange. I was able to purchase it without an issue... But I just pushed a potential fix live to the main site. Could you try to purchase another item in 3-5 minutes?
