Does it not give the option at all? Or does it give an error when you click the option? Or does it just not do anything after clicking the option?

i can click it and transform it, i am given the option to transform it, and it says it is transformed, but when i go back to the inventory it didn't change.

oh my god, i am an idiot, i didn't click on the image to actually finish the transformation. im sorry. can you lock this please? /feels stupid
