So I've tried making this myself but just don't have the skills for making art that meets Subeta standards ^X^;
My life would be complete if I could have a companion for my HA based on the Pokemon Drifblim: http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20150123085951/pokemon/images/0/0c/426Drifblim_Dream.png
Specifically it would be for my Drifblim OC Poof, but he looks like any other Blim. I have even designed a version with enough changes to be accepted as a tribute item without violating copyright: http://sta.sh/01q7d3jyg4ou (Although if you want to come up with a better design that looks more like an actual Drifblim, I'm all for that. This is the actual overlay art I tried to submit that got rejected, but there were no rejection comments regarding the design, just the quality ^X^; )
I've never commissioned a CW before, so I don't know how it works, but I'm guessing I pay the artist for the art and they send it to me, then I submit it as a CW and credit the artist in the submission form? I really only want it for myself (and to give the artist a copy if they want one), not interested in selling copies, but can CWs be private anymore with the semi-recent changes? Is there still a 10-copy minimum? I'm honestly clueless about this, sorry ^X^; Answered, thanks!
ANYWAY! I can pay in CSC or USD (through Paypal), whatever you prefer. Please ping me if you're interested, or if you can clarify this mysterious process for me ^X^; Thank you!

Actually, I love the (obviously, I ALWAYS wear it), so something like that in a Drifblim form would be amazing instead of my design, too. I don't know who the artist is for the DCB though! My only requirement is that my balloon be purple, since being purple is a big part of Poof's aesthetic ;)
I'm not very helpful in the art department, but you can still make private CWs. They're not something staff has anything to do with so I don't think they really care until they make a really explicit rule against them. If you submit directly to your CW shop you don't get stuck with the 10 copies, you'd need to buy one for the artist though (but if those are the only 2 you're going to have onsite, it's cheaper to go that route)
i can give it a try, i prefer USD tho and i'd charge $12 for this c:
I will send you an sMail in a bit! (It's about to storm here so I need to get off the computer OXo)
Ahhh Drifloon and Drifblim are favs of mine, best of luck c:!!
