While searching for an item I found a shop that has no name. The line where the shop name should be is completely blank, making it so that the only way to go to the shop's full page is to either buy the item, or search the source code for the shop's URL.

Should this even be possible? I thought a name HAD to be filled in. Or can certain characters in a shop name cause this?

I have the shop URL and owner's username, if staff want details for the shop.

I just tried and I was able to save my shop without a name ^^; So I guess it's possible for anyone to do.
