That is a terribly sad story, but tribute items are typically done for either very well know people (Steve Jobs, Elizabeth Taylor, Billy Mays, Steve Irwin) or extremely devestating events (9/11, Earthquake in Haiti, Oslo Bomings, Colorado Wildfires)

I really don't think it would be appropriate to create a tribute item in this situation :(
