1. This is a new shop that I am running by myself. As I am still getting the hang of things, please try to be patient with me and I'll do my very best not to screw up too badly. <3
2. Prices and copy/batch limits will be listed for each CW when slots are opened for claiming. Please double check the prices before claiming to avoid future confusion and misunderstandings.
3. Please pay for your slots within 48 hours of being assigned a slot. Please do not claim a slot if you do not have enough CSC; this just slows down the process for others who are waiting on the item being approved and it's not fair. If you haven't made the payment by then, your slot will go to the next person in line/a person on the wait/drop list.
4. You can contact me before the 48 hour deadline is up to make alternative arrangements if you need more time to pay but be warned it is highly unlikely that I will be able to cover your slot(s). The reason for this is that I am BOTH a CW seller and buyer so I'm almost always either commissioning new things or slotting on items, I almost never have spare CSC.
5. If for whatever reason you decide to drop your slot, please let me know before I submit the batch.
6. Please DO NOT make a habit of dropping slots. Doing so over and over just slows things down and adds unneeded stress. If you do so, I may have to refuse to sell to you in the future.
7. Please also DO NOT ask me to hold a slot/copy for you AND THEN not pick up your copy in the designated time that I agree to hold it for you. For example if I send you an invite from my shop for one of my items, I fully expect you to pick up your copy within the one week deadline. Refusal to pick up copies/get into contact with me about owed payments will result in your claim on the copy being dropped and the possibly of being permanently blacklisted from my shop. Especially if you make a habit of not paying for your slot/copy claims and or ignoring me when I try to contact you. So please, please, please, please, DON'T DO THIS! :(
8. You are more than welcome to claim slots for friends. :) I also do not have any limit on how many slots you can claim on a single item. Claim away!
9. Private CWs will be open to close friends only. However there may be some exceptions. I am definitely willing to trade for other private items. A few copies of my private items may sometimes be auctioned as well via the r200 forum.
10. Most of my CWs will have multiple recolours save for the odd exception. If a CW will not have recolours for sure, I will let you know upon the item's release. Feel free to suggest recoulours, I'm always open to considering any requests!
11. Save for a few exceptions, MOST of my releases will not be going into the CW shop forever. The CW shop will only be really used for people to pick up copies from incomplete secondary batches after the 1st batch has been filled and the item is onsite OR in the event that so few slots were claimed in the 1st batch that submitting the item directly to the shop is much cheaper than having to cover the remaining slots myself and holding onto the batch extras to sell at a later date. Leftover copies will remain locked in both circumstances. I like to avoid using the CW shop system as much as possible because I feel it devalues items.
12. Please be polite and courteous. It just makes everything so much easier. <3
