Looking for Custom Pet Overlay (lineart only)

As the title says, I'm looking for a custom pet overlay for my pet Picturs. I would like just the lineart, because he's going to be a very special kind of pet. Instead of the typical pet art style, it's going to be pixellized like those 90's computer games c:

About Picturs
Just to give you a rough idea because I haven't written down his story yet, Picturs is a video game character who doesn't know what to call himself. It's only until he starts questioning himself about who he is that he overhears a little girl point to his game and talking about "moving picturs" and hence his name. He's a protagonist of a game that you can select on the menu, and he's got a very outgoing and adventurous personality (he's a video game character after all.) So, I would like the pose to carry over his personality, which could be difficult.
Here's a picture I drew myself of Picturs but I'm not quite happy with it. I would prefer to have the space more filled and less white around him.
Currently I can only pay in sP, but if CSC is necessary I'll see what I can do. So, if you are interested in taking on this custom overlay, please ping me!
