Hm... Looks like you could sell it for a pretty penny if you didn't want to use it anymore. If you're a wardrobe person, you would get 2 or 5 random makeup kits so that may be helpful for you. Honestly, I would just hold onto it.

I'd sell it if I didn't want any of the makeup cases in it. There seems to only be one in trades (unpriced) and 14 from one owner in the shops they put 30,000,000sP on, which seems excessive. It was orignally from the cash shop for 250csc and that much csc is going for just under 15m at the moment. But since it's not in the cash shop anymore (it might be around Halloween/Morostide time though) you could ask slightly more.

Yeah I think you should wait a bit longer to decide if you really want it. If not then sell sell sell! :D
