, and (whom I didn't ping because I dropped a profile comment, so this is old news lol).
Thanks to each of you for sending Vesnali flowers my way! <3 I had to be offline for awhile and missed the entire event so I wanted to make this board to let y'all know that I appreciate all of you, and really wasn't ignoring anyone. Hopefully, I'll be able to be active next time, guys. <3 <3 <3
Do you need items? I'd be happy to get you what you need dear.
Please do. :)
You are more than welcome, . :D <3
They are listed in the Item Directory.
I use both regularly, but I'm kind of anal about my wl. :)
I just really enjoy categorizing things, lol. When I was a kid, my mom would take me into the fabric store and I would recategorize their buttons and pens while I waited for her to purchase things. I'd make an exceptional librarian. ;)
Of course, I also routinely purchase items and whittle down my wl too, which reinforces putting things on it.
I know what you're saying. I've always been that way (to some extent) in real life. Here, not so much because I've been interested in SO many different aspects of this site for as long as I've been here that I got really overwhelmed at some point. shrugs
For my first few years, I went through my wishlist with a fine-toothed comb on a weekly or monthly basis, especially the plushies, beanbags and trading cards. Collections got bigger, I started this awful hoarding thing (which started the "I must buy it all - even crap I'll never use" thing), then the achievements came along and blew the whole thing up.
Yet, every time I go to sell something I don't want, I second guess whether I'll need it to obtain one currency or another that I don't have enough of. I go to spend sP like I used to to get my wishlist under control and remember the time I got blindsided by a surprise site event that I needed all the sP I just spent for. My motivation lacks anymore, and I can't tell you the last time I've even bothered to squeeze in a full day of questing, let alone trying to make sense of the messes I've accumulated on my account. Being away for a couple weeks helped some, but how much is yet to be determined. Of course, after this wall o' text... lol oops sorry.
No worries, I'm a writer so your "wall o' text' doesn't bother me. Here comes mine! :)
You definitely have to prioritize on here. As is probably obvious by my wl that you are apparently familiar with (lol), clothes are my first priority. Then plushies, beanbags, stickers, and trading cards. Then tiles and bobbleheads (although I never get those since I don't spend money in the cash shop unless someone gifts me CSC). I do collect weapons and books and pet and gallery items on the side, but I don't work too hard at it. I would like to do the food achievements, but it's not a priority at all. I just started the hoarding achievements, so I'll never make it before they go away. I'm pretty unwilling to move my gallery and wardrobe into my shop just to get the stupid achievements. Way too much work to put them back again afterwards.
Really the only thing I've worked hard at is my clothing collection. I'm approaching the final wardrobe achievement and then I suppose I'll choose another main focus. I do have a pet that I've been steadily leveling up, but it's only because I want to be able to win the stuff that you get exclusively from fighting. I don't actually enjoy the battle system. So yeah, very little time for questing either. I barely have enough time for the site events, especially with the baby.
Speaking of the baby! He's already trying to walk and he's not 9 months old. I had to buy him a toddler bed last weekend, because he climbed out of his high chair and hurt his head and then turned around and tried to climb out of his crib, too. His sister caught him before he fell. Smart little bugger!
