This started happening about 3 minutes ago, where I get all the items for a quest, hit complete quest and I get this error message;

This is happening to me as well; I submitted the item for a Library Quest (to get a piece of Shinwa's bracelet); I received the error, lost the item, but didn't get the reward. Tried it a second time to be sure, and the same thing happened.

on cinthia, cursed and pete quest. everytime i pushed "finish quest" the game take my items, don't give me a reward and if i refresh the page still on the same quest.

Same here, doing a pete quest, brought the items twice and got:
