I recently started playing ACNL a few months ago, and it's taking over my life.

Does anyone else play? ^_^

I own one game of the series but tbh it never drew me in, don't ask me why. The idea behind it sounds cute but somehow I don't get the fun behind it.

I occasionally play it. It's great for when I'm exceptionally bored. :D

Hahaha, that's understandable! I think I mostly like it because it's really relaxing and I'm riddled with stress my last semester of college. So it's really been helping with that.

Although sometimes I feel like I talk to my villagers more than real people xD

Yes, I play! I stopped for a while over Christmas because of real life issues, and when I started again, my favourite villager moved out so I've been mourning ever since. ;__; lol

But I'm trying to get back into it! I just... don't quite know what to do with my town. I spend a lot of time just making QR code stuff.

Oh no! Who was your favorite? Mine is probably Rudy, so I would be pretty devastated if he left. When I first started playing and Alice was the first person to ask to leave, I was confused and overly sad about it lol That's neat that you make QR codes! There are some really nice ones on tumblr that I've seen, and some that I've used.

Gosh, I was addicted to New Leaf. I almost completed both the fish and bug encyclopedias, but missed a few things during December. Then I reset my town because I wanted to get a fresh new layout to play -w- I stopped playing because my bunny busted my 3DS' charger and now I can't play!! :c And that happened RIGHT AFTER I got my dream villager, Lucky!!! I hope he hasn't moved out yet..

Aww, that sounds like the worst timing! Hopefully he'll still be there when you can play again :) A few days ago I got my dream villager, Lolly. SHE'S SO CUTE, OHMYGOSH.

Congrats! Lolly really is cute <3 I don't want to lose my cool villagers too.. Like Ankha... She's great and her house is in a perfect location!! I filled it with flowers, too :³

Ankha looks so cool! Hahaha my boyfriend really wants her. I'm also pretty attached to Papi and Keaton. Pretty much all of my villagers x'D

Yup! Started with Wild World then bought New Leaf the day it came out :)

Oh I love animal crossing! Started with Wild World and never went back. :) Now I've completed New Leaf and have no idea what to do next. Restart anew, or... It's a bit of a dilemma really. >__<;

animal crossing is my life! however i'm quite bored of new leaf now because i've pretty much done everything i needed to. tend to check up on them though. i adore Colton and Erik!! they've been with me for 2 years now even during the long breaks i've taken :D hope to get Julian at some point, and i had Elvis who is my all-time favourite but he left :(

I feel ya! I'm getting to the point where I don't really know what I want to do when I log on now. My town could still use some work, I guess.

My current villagers are Rudy, Ruby, Lolly, Kitty, Rocco, Papi, Keaton, Rowan, Pecan, and Erik. I like all of them, but I think I would be okay with Rowan, Pecan, or Rocco moving out. I've had Pecan and Rocco since the beginning and they gave me their pictures.

My one complaint about New Leaf is it's a bit too easy to accomplish your goals. I'm still playing, but I think I won't play it as long as I played the other games in the series. With that said, I think it's the best installment so far.

Awesome! I just followed you. (spillhouette) My blog is acnl and other random stuff. acnl is the only one I've played. I can see where people can burn out easily and rather quickly, though. I started playing in February, and I have days where I don't really want to do anything. My town is a hot mess, though, so I still have things I could be doing lol
