I don't know if any Chii wigs exist on site, but I'm considering getting a Chii tribute wig and was wondering if anyone was interested in something like that. I did search to see if anything like this exists but if it does, I haven't found it. Plus there are tons of Sailor Moon wig tributes, so even if there is one like this doesn't mean there can't be another one.

I'm also looking into ideas of what the four changes to have in it. I mean I'm good with making it a bit shorter than it actually is or slightly different shape, and possible changing the colors of the ears and changing the beads to bows or something, maybe have a white color than a platinum (though I love the platinum) but this is kind of the look I am going for. I know there is a wearable on site that looks like the ears, but I'm probably still gonna get the hair with the ears (maybe an ear-less version if it interests people) but for the time being I'm checking if anyone would even be interested in this idea. I haven't decided on the hair length quite yet (since it does vary in the comic), and any input is welcome.

I don't have an artist set for this yet, but if people are interested in this, I can try to set it in motion. If there is an artist who is interested in doing this for me let me know. I may not get it done immediately, but I will eventually get it done.

That's really cute! I think when I get it done one thing I do want on there is definitely the ears, and I really like how the hair comes to the side kind of like an upside down heart (like in the last ref pic), so I'll probably get that shape but I know we need differences so no idea what to do in that situation, but yours is really cute.

I'll definitely need to wait a little bit before I get this done because I'm on commission overload (or really over-spending) right now, but I'll definitely keep you in mind. ^-^

I really love this idea, I don't know if you'd be able to get away with having the ears though since they may say it could be separated especially since there's already similar ears on site but either way it's an adorable hair style. Personally if you did other colors I think it would look best in pale/pastel shades but I'd definitely like to be put on an interest list. :)

I feel like there are a lot of items on site that have both the ears and the thing and of course I would figure out a way to make the ears with the hair be a bit different than the on-site item, but yeah if I do recolors of this I would only do pastels and maybe a black recolor. But first I need to think about the original color since if it's a tribute item it needs the 4 changes and I would have to figure out a way how to do 4 changes while still have it be a tribute.

I kinda wish I had artistic skills of my own so I could just play around with different changes, but alas I have none. xD Or well mine are at best rough sketches. Maybe I'll try to sketch something similar or like a vague shape of it.

Ideally I would love to know how many people would be interested in something like this before I actually get it done because I tend to need to pay for it and so, if there is not enough interest by other people then it's not worth getting, especially since I would have to additionally pay for it to get on site if a batch doesn't go through.

I totally understand, I wonder if you could get away with a white or platinum for the first color because that would definitely make it more recognizable, maybe if the ears were a different color that would be enough of a change? I wish I was more help I'd love to see this on site and I hope you're able to get enough interest.

I'm wondering if I inverted the color from white/pink on the ears to pink/white if that would be considered 1 change (inverted ear color) or 2 changes because each bit has a different color. I definitely don't need the "button"/circle on the ears so I think eliminating that would be one change in itself.

I know I've seen a bunch of tribute items on site with very slight changes so I feel like it might be something I could do, I mean obviously still different, but at the same time not that different.

In fact I just saw a user with this wig on: [preview=Biscuit Ram Locks] and I mean that to me seems like a cute style, and I feel like if I did this wig in a similar style to that, with some beads in the hair and the different ears, it could work.

I mean I really am thinking of the changes I would implement and I definitely need the bangs but if instead of a fringe they had a little part in the middle (which would go with the longer hair being curved in on the outside. So I think it's easier than I actually think to do the four changes, they just need to be big enough that subeta recognizes them as changes.

I really do think I'm gonna try to do a very rough sketch to play around with it. I tend to really wanna actually use my hands to play around with things.

As far as the ears go, maybe change them to animal ears of sorts? Possible something along the lines of the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles version of Chii? Or even just flipping through the Chobits books and picking out another persocom with an interesting ear style and use those? Heck, even just a simple shape and/or color change would work.

Yeah that's definitely more of what I would be going for though maybe with the bottom hair layering underneath just because it's sometimes difficult to work with things that have too much hair both under and over I think I would still want the ears to be white with pink though because it's more "innocent". Though the ear you drew works nicely (though I may have it just a bit smaller than that) but yeah that looks very close to what I'm looking for. I probably would want the bangs a bit longer probably a bit closer to the eye level.

I think the 4 changes could be: Slightly different ear shape (but white/pink) Bangs parted different than the normal fringe 2-3 beads rather than 1 long tube bead beads can be x color or whatnot. (Or I could try to come up with a different 4th change)

I think that definitely works as far as the changes.

I do really like the Chobits chi ears but I think in order to have the tribute I would be able to make a few sacrifices. I would probably want the hair to be a little lighter more on the platinum side since that might be more popular amongst people on site.

The only thing I'm worried about if I do the ears more like Tsubasa Chii is that it's still technically the same character, so I may need some changes from that chii too to make it a tribute.
