I can do overlays for £20 (I do have one sP slot, but you'd have to catch that one as it opens, my GBP slots are unlimited).

A few of my more recent overlay commissions:

I draw at 500x500px, and you get that size + the 200x200px version, both with transparent backgrounds.

My art shop is here if you want to keep an eye on it for the sP slot.

I have no idea how much CSC 20 euros (?) would be?

Pounds, not Euros. My Sp/CSC slot is 3000csc.
