technically i made this account almost three years ago but logged in for the first time today after being reminded it existed! is there a newbies guide i can check out or something? ^^

There's this. I think Subeta offers you a tour when you first join, but I'm not really aware of any official guides. You could ask though, if there's anything specific you need to know.

Just a small bit of house-keeping, each board has rules stickied to the top of the board to help keep them tidy. One of the rules for Welcomes is that it's for new accounts only. I'm going ahead and moving this to General Discussion where you can continue to discuss anything Subeta.
