I recently bought an Enchanted Flower Vase from Esther's shop, but when I went to put it on my HA it covered the entire thing, even when I moved it to the bottom-most layer. There's no body cutout, and I'm wondering if this is just an issue for me and there's a way to still wear it or if this is problematic for everyone, and if so how do I still wear it? It's really pretty and expensive and I don't want to have bought something I can't wear...

Do you use the beta wardrobe? You can put things behind bases when there is no cutout.
