Please put a confirmation popup into the Loyalty Shop when making a purchase. I'd hate to see anyone lose cherished LPs by clicking on the wrong button!

Also, I think it'd be nice if users who earned rewards on previous cards would be able to trade them in for their LP equivalents. This wouldn't work if you bought or were given a LS item as a gift. It would need to be earned through buying the CSC with cash. There are a few things that I wouldn't mind trading in for points that I got from previous cards that I'd never use. I'm sure there are others who are in my same position.

Yes to the confirmation, no to the trade-in. Is it even possible to track who got which items from where? And without putting a massive strain on the servers? It seems like a lot of trouble to go through for 2 extra loyalty points.

This doesn't seem fair. At the time the system was set a certain way, and you were rewarded in that way. The amount of effort that would be needed (to prevent people from turning in extra or unearned prizes) wouldn't make sense

No to the trade-in, you were already rewarded for your spendings, resell what you don't like.
