I'm getting the message saying I got bonus sp, but when I do the math it seems that it's not actually being awarded. And the message isn't showing up at all for quests where I get quest points.

Ah, okay. That is super confusing. Thanks for letting me know! & Yikes @ above. Not doing anymore quests today til I'm sure it's all fixed.

This is fixed now. Keith put up a notice about it and you should see it in a blue bar at the top of your page. Locking as resolved.
