Im doing Shinwa and I need to get an item from the wizard. I get the item but all he is giving me back is token.

I've done it twice now with the same results

Happening with Library Quest, too. Have completed two quests but not been given the Shard that I need.

For me it's Maleria and it's the last shard. What the heck is going on with the site?? NPC shops, vending, quests, trades, what's next tonight? I hope they didn't all leave for the weekend already lol Freakout Friday ya'll!!

[edit] Okay so now I've hard refreshed shinwa which gave me the 'OH NO you can't do her quest till tomorrow' message. In my inventory are two prizes from her so there's that. I was also having trouble finishing a regular wiz quest, but after hard refreshing there I got the tokens but it didn't say anything about an sp reward and I don't pay enough attention to know if I got that. So the good news is, you should still be getting your items, the bad news is maybe not the sp. I'm gonna put off the rest of my quests until we hear back from staff!

Im getting the tokens. But not piece or sp. Hard refresh didnt do anything for me. I think Ill hold out till morning. Maybe I will do something I dont usually do at this time which is sleep.

Edit: I'll point out that earlier like around 12:20am EST I kept getting either the Subeta is down page or error 502 page I was only doing BQs at the time so I dont know if maybe whatever was making the site get them pages is what broke at least the Shinwa quests

Whiz not giving me shard # 5.

I went to sleep, woke up, did a 5th wizard quest, got piece 4, got the sP reward as well. On to piece 5. Alex, gave me piece 5 & the sP reward. Went to turn in piece 5. I apparently do not have it. I looked in my inventory, & apparently I did cause I got the reward.

When I refreshed the page to give Shinwa piece 5, it lagged & went to the subeta is down page. I hit refresh again & thats when she said I didnt have the piece.
