Autopricer Broken

Okay - so I've tried to autoprice my shop 3 times now. The first attempt I got all the way to the point where it was a choice between Autopricer and Super Autopricer. I chose regular, page spun for a few seconds, then took me to a Subeta Down! page. Second attempt, got to the same point, same issue occured. Third attempt, got to that point, hit the blue button again, and got this:
Except it 100% did not autoprice my shop. Click the link to see the proof bigger.
File a ticket and they will reset it for you :)

I did - but it doesn't matter since midnight came and went. I don't want to AP now anyhow. It was prior to midnight. Also my ticket hasn't even been assigned to staff yet

same thing just happened to me. u_u as i was doing quests just now as well, shops would periodically crash, just giving me the 'Subeta is Down!' page while trying to buy (both user and NPC shops). might be related?

Same thing just happened to me just now. Filed a ticket, we'll see what happens. Site's been going down a lot for me this morning. Could be setting up for Vesnali is causing problems. Events seem to do that.

I went ahead and reset your autopricer. Try autopricing again and let me know if it works for you.
This happened to me yesterday, and I figured it was because the site was acting up anyhow...it happened today as well, though. Kind of disappointed...I don't have time tonight to price by hand.

Autopricer has been acting up quite a bit lately. My prob with it is it screws up my item count on the second step. I have low 1K's and it tells me I have mid to high K's. If I let it continue I get right to the end only to find out my shop did NOT autoprice. First time it happened I filed a ticket and my shop was reset within minutes and after that I've just closed the tab and gone back to it a few minutes later. Having a prob with it is a bummer but the way the Staff help us so quickly really brightens my day.
