quest points not showing up

I tried posting on the other one but it had been locked. I am not getting quest points when it says I have earned one. Any help will be appreciated.
Hi. I also am experiencing the same issue. I made a ticket before I read this forum post. I also saw the other post that was locked. The issue isn't resolved I guess. :(
No it isn't. I just did another quest, got a point ut didn't get it.
Just a note that they are aware of this and estimate a fix in about 45 minutes. Please hold tight while they fix this!

Yeah I did like five full sets of quests and didn't get any points, finally got a notification about getting a point and my count didn't actually go up. Oh well, there goes a day's worth of points :P
Hey guys! The fix has been pushed and the 168 users that completed quests when the problem started should get their points added retroactively if they received the message that the should have gotten a point.

I got two separate events:
Quest Mistake: Earlier today quests were telling you that they were giving quest points, when in reality it wasn&;t being added to your account. We&;ve given you a quest point, thanks for being patient while this bug was resolved!
and two points, given separately. Am I going to get an event for each point? XD

I had earned about 5 quest points but havent received any event about a mistake.

The script to award these is not done yet. You should be getting them soon.

I'm not receiving sps for some quests :(
should I wait to do then? because I'm gonna have a big lost with saggitarius
Do I have to do quests to get the points I didn't get? Because I haven't received any event. I will check the quest shop
If you never got your points you might want to make a ticket. I unfortunately cannot award points. I was just told that the script was run earlier and anyone that should have gotten points would.
You aren't getting sP? I just did a few quests and got all mine. Which ones were not awarding?

I just did Maleria and Saggitarius and didn't have any problems, but a couple of wizard quests didn't give the amount sps, was like 35k total
