Buying OC and Pet Art (sP)

Hi there! I am currently seeking some art of my OCs, Pets and Flight Rising dragons.
I only have sP to offer at the moment, but I have about 49mill sP pure to spend.
I wanna discuss the designs of my pets, especially Herois, Lyrique, Photosynthesis and Pansexual. I do have design ideas in mind for them, but I do not have the right skills to make pet overlay art of them. ;u;
as for my OCs, I have a range of fantasy like OCs (and some fan ones, one demon and one canid) that I am also seeking art of. As for my fantasy OCs, I'd love to see some modernised versions of them too, but right now I am seeking art of them with their normal designs.

I would love to draw Hemera and pandora, or just one, or both haha! My examples are here It's 300csc per Chibi (in this case you could just buy the csc from the shops with sp :3 if you choose me to do art)

: nope, complexity of the character wouldn't effect the price if I had set prices (which I don't).

if you're seeking cheaper pieces, i've got THIS and THIS as examples of stress-relief pictures
basically they're grumpy bust shots and fully shaded (pretty lazily shaded though)
they're 5 mil sP for one, and i only do one at a time because they're cheap, but yeah. if you want. c:

It depends on the artist's quality of art style, and what they're drawing. For example, for a shaded coloured bust of a simple character I'd probably pay about 5-8 mill depending on quality I guess. c:
