Friend can't get onto the site

She keeps getting this message "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED". Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. :( She can get onto other websites. She is using Chrome.
I'm also using Chrome and can use the site just fine (obviously. XD)
Is this when she tries to log in? Or is she like me and always logged in and every page shows this?

She says she is always logged in and that every page shows it. She can't log out/log back in cause nothing is loading. D: She has tried clearing her cache and restarting her internet connection.
One more question! What is her username?
[edit] I am told that this particular error is a Chrome error. Can she try another browser?

Her un is Is it the Chrome version she is using maybe? Cause I'm using Chrome without any problem. :/ I will ask her to try another browser. Thank you for helping us, btw! ^___^
It may be the version yes. I don't have chrome here else I would try but she should have no problem on another.
