I frequently make pet treats for my animals, as gifts, or to donate to bake sales. It's been suggested that I make a webpage and make them to order but I haven't gotten around to doing that yet! However this weekend I'm taking a bunch to a fundraiser for one of the local shelters, and I thought it might be good to go ahead and make a FB page at least so I can include a little business card.
But I need a name.
I don't really want this connected to my current art business; in addition to treats I may add in animal accessories that just don't fit with my typical artwork and handmade stuff. These are the couple of names I came up with. Totally aware they're venturing into the faux-obscure quirky land of hipster culture, or the discreetly-tree-hugging semi-hippie land, but I think I'm okay with that! I AM trying to make wholesome, healthy treats that are also quite good enough for people.
My ideas: Leaf & Kin (or vice versa) Leaf & Beast (or vice versa) Kin & Beast (or vice versa)
So basically variations on three words. Sigh. Do you like any of these or having suggestions of your own? I need to get this done before Saturday. (I've only had six??? weeks to prepare? me procrastinate??? noooo.)

Leaf & Kin sounds nice, I would go for that, personally.
I'm not so good with advice on names of things, but before I read what you were thinking about going with, what popped into my head based on your descriptions was Grassroot Garnishes or Green Garnishes. Grassroots/green referring to the ecological/environmental/healthy aspect you mentioned, garnishes being like, the additions to things, you know, accessories and what not. Not particularly clever, but I thought I'd share.
I also thought of something that I liked better: something along the lines of The Big Green Dog (riffing off the Clifford, the Big Red Dog), in which you could easily have a mascot as a cute green doggy of some sort, and it covers a broad concept (green and dog) which could be anything, but could end up being very specific, too. What little I know about branding and advertising is you want punchy names and products that'll stick with customers/in their memories, so.
Sorry if none of this helps, and good luck with your business venture!
