I'm been waiting forever to get overlays for a few of my pets, and all of your examples look pretty awesome! To get started, would it be possible to get a chibi kumos recolored like this old dawn kumos overlay?

It would be for Plays, whose overlay is dreadfully dated with the old kumos art. I'm not asking for any edits to the base, so does 1 mil sound like a fair price?

Ahhh, excellent! So next in line: would it be possible to take the galactic celinox and change all of the blue and grey parts to white while leaving the gold markings intact? And if possible, could the nose be gold? The galactic cloudy stuff in the background is fine to stay.

I was hoping to have the base of a chibi legeica with the coloring of an angelic legeica + small versions of the wings!

It's gonna take me a little bit to do the celinox. Those dark colours always give me trouble. xD;
