I never catch anything these days in the Subeautique. If I am even one minute late, everything good is gone. I decided to stalk the page and not leave to do ANYTHING else in real life or in the game. I just stayed on that page and refreshed over and over again, waiting for her to stock. When she finally did, she had two items from my wishlist that I hurried and clicked on, and it said "There aren't enough of that item." It happened with both of them because there was only one or two of each thing. This is more stress than fun at this point, and it makes me mad. I feel like I'm playing Neopets again when it's IMPOSSIBLE to get the things that I want, and I'm not paying millions for them! >:(

Thank you very much! <3 Happy Luminaire! <3

If we double or triple the quantities in SBQ, can we double and triple the restock prices as well?

I brought up the same problem in the restock thread b/c it's become ridiculous trying to grab s/thing. I've honestly seen half of the stock gone within 30 seconds. I doubt it'll change, so the best thing to do is to wait for the mass hoard of invites that have been sent out over the last couple months to disappear and the prices to go back up so people aren't buying as frequently. That'll probably take awhile though.

I agree w/ adding in more stuff, if even just a few, as it would cut down on the other items being bought so fast.

I'm fine with that. Just as long as we get more items in the shop per restock.

I actually have no issue restocking at SBQ. It's just long.

I agree, and I'm fine with waiting for the ones that aren't going to retire again in a couple of months. From what others have said, it didn't used to be this way, only stocking 1 or 2 of each item. If even 100 people are going for the same items, then it's going to take a long time to get the things we want, if ever.

Thank you very much! <3 Happy Luminaire! <3

I used to be good w/ it, but this past few weeks it's been crazy! I'm glad you get what you want or need b/c someone has to have some luck! :P

I'm really not sure how much is even stocked per item, but it seems that the really wanted items you'll get lucky to see 2 of. The other items I've seen up to 4 in stock, but those are usually the items that have been around for months already.

If it changes, I'm not interested in paying 500-700k for them because I can always wait for a massive deflation. It's the same if you wait until interest dies down imo.

But I agree, stocking only 1 copy is a bit pushed.

The two lines that were unretired will be retiring again in June, so we are limited in time to get those. The other ones I agree on rather waiting because they will not be as sought after, and they will deflate.

Thank you very much! <3 Happy Luminaire! <3

I usually don't have much of a problem restocking in SubQ when I actually keep up with restocks and am trying to catch things. There's a lot of SubQ I'm missing so I can usually find something in there that I need. But even so I wouldn't mind if more items were added to the shop.

I also wouldn't mind if the prices were upped to be 500-700k. :) I'm not asking for that to happen and I'd love it if it didn't, but I have a hoard of 68 Invites with even more in my shop and already own ALL of the cosmetics that are perma in there so I'm not going to be buying any new Invites for a long, long time. It'd either cost the same for me to buy pricier items from SubQ as it would for me to buy from SS, or it'd still be cheaper than SS.

I'm not buying from SubQ for a profit, I'm buying items I need for my wardrobe, so stocking more items would be beneficial to me even if the price was increased.

I understand needing to reduce stock in there a bit, but it feels like it's at the other extreme. Most of the time it's totally empty when I check. I'm lucky if I see even ONE item in there!

It should be upped a little.

I don't have a problem restocking subq... I finished all the sets a few days ago. You just need to pay attention to the time and refresh at the top of the minute.

I do think that the stock should increase a bit - maybe instead of it restocking 1-2 of each, restock 2-4 of each? That, or increase the restock times. Maybe instead of being 30-90 minutes (or whatever it is...), have it be 15-60 minutes?

This topic is sorta like what you wanted? xD I forgot all about making one.

@ Sopheroo Why would we need to do that if we just return them to their normal stocking amounts?

I feel like it's gotten to a point that unless you are always on Subeta, constantly stalking the shop, and refreshed at the exact second SubQ has restocked, you aren't getting the newer items (or, currently, the unretired items). I tried for the first two days the old sets were brought back, and within a minute, all the items (newer and unretired) were gone. Within 5 minutes, there was nothing in the shop. That means another 30+ minute wait for another restock. It's not even fun. It's frustrating. I enjoyed those times when I would happen to open the SubQ randomly and "Oh look I need this item!" but I'm lucky if there are even items there anymore.

Staff, here's some food for thought:

Don't leave items in SubQ for 2+ years. Have a predetermined amount of time to retire item sets and stick to it. Some items and sets are clearly more desirable than others. Watch the user shops and prices of these items to see which are selling well and for more and which aren't, for the first month of so, and adjust the amount for each item as needed.

Then you won't have things like the Rainyday Tropical Necklace where it dropped to 80K, because there was such a large influx of them in the system and it's not that sought after, apart from completing the set, maybe.

Maybe stock everything at 3 items at a time, and then change them as needed?

[edit] @ shantal Thank you for the ping :3

I have refreshed the page over and over, then she had restocked, I hurried and clicked, and it was gone. So I didn't even hesitate at all, and I missed it. I'm also on a very fast PC and have a fast Internet connection, so it's not that.

Thank you very much! <3 Happy Luminaire! <3

Because it would be even more efficient as a money sink. People like wearables. People are going to buy the SBQ sets, even if they originally restock for 300K, 350K. There is zero reason to not increase prices.

At a price increase, I'd probably stop collecting full sets and just buy the pieces I really wanted... c_c

Subeautique is overrated. only a few looks good, others are just questionable to even be there. and even some of the set looks awkward when wore as a set.

aka my never-ending bafflement re: Eddie Bell sets

I'd be fine with a slight price increase (as in, around the same price as the unlimited-stock cosmetics) as long as we actually get a decent stock size, though of course I'd prefer lower prices and more items :P

I see no point in increasing the price because honestly, then it will bring to the same price if you buy the item from any user shop instead of paying a Subeautique Invitation PLUS the price of the item in the shop so where would be the profit to restock from there ?

I honestly haven't gotten any problem in restocking there lately and got lots of items I wanted but I agree it is kinda silly that it restocks with 1-2 copies of each item. I am not working or studying at the moment so all I do is to literally STALK the shop and wait...wait...wait... and that's getting annoying. I just write down all the time the hour it restocked so then I'll come back 35 minutes later and hope it will restock soon enough (sometimes you can wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes the restock which is horribly long in my opinion). Plus when I restock, most of the Subetans are asleep and I get to see only ~400 people online which makes it way easier to restock.

So I am not having much problem in restocking but I am agreeing in the fact it is not fun any more to restock from this shop and I understand people's disappointement. Personally, I find the main problem is the too large "possibility" of waiting time but it always has been like that. They didn't change the time between any restock and I don't think they will, right ?

And lol at this. Well I agree with those ugly fruit clothes. I never have gotten the point of making them "actual" lines. Subeautique is meant to propose "fashionable", trendy and worthy stuff...not some kind of bacon wrapped around your body right ! (Well, we know that lady gaga had this meat dress and they called that fashion but it is truly not...)
