Omen Raiders achiement question

hi there! I'm sorry if I'm in the wrong place for this question, but I'm not really sure where else so ask :)
I just got a score of 5,570 on Omen Raiders, but I didn't receive Omen Raiders Strategy Guide? I did receive the Giant Mud Crab Beanbag, however, and on my achievement list it says I've gotten the 5,000 achievement as well. Does it just take a while? or is it because I scored the 5,570 instead of 1,500 first (which awards you with the Giant Mud Crab Beanbag) and then in another game past 5,000?
Go ahead and file a ticket regarding the missing item. :)

It's no problem at all!
On the top navigation bar you want to hover over "Subeta" and select "Tickets" from the drop-down menu.
On the top right of that page there is a button to "Create". Pick the most relevant category for the report - in this case Missing - Items would likely work best.
