I filed a ticket about some missing loyalty boxes that I hadn't received, and was told by a member of staff that I was indeed missing two, so they put them into my inventory. However, I only see two loyalty boxes in my inventory (one that was already there prior to the ticket and one as a result of the ticket), despite being told that there are two loyalty boxes in my inventory. I've turned stacking on and off and tries refreshing on the user dashboard page, the advice given by the staff member.
There's nothing that can be done about it here. Did you tell your UA that you already had one before they added them? You can file a new ticket and/or ask to speak with a different UA to clear it up
Yeah, I did; they were aware that there should be one from before and two new ones, so three in total. I mentioned it just (to the same staff member albeit) in a ticket I'd filed about something else, and she told me to post about it on the problems and bugs forum page :/
Hmm. I mean, it's a bug that the boxes aren't given out but people are always told to file a ticket for them so I don't think there's anything you can do other than file a ticket :x
is that glitch still happening, where you don't get your loyalty box automatically when you visit the User Page on your anniversary day? Maybe that's what the UA was referring to about the P&B. I don't remember if they ever fixed that or not.
No, I don't think it's been fixed. I couldn't say when, but I think there's been a few threads in Help & Questions relatively recently asking about it and I haven't seen anything since then about it being fixed :L
so I'm wondering if one of the OPs boxes was from before that whole thing broke, and one was after? And whatever thingy the UA used to send them out didn't work for the second one because of that? Idk I'm totally making this shit up as I go along, but that's the only reason I can think of as to why the UA would send OP here. Since they can give out loyalty boxes, and would have been able to see that OP had one in their inventory already. Maybe the second one wouldn't go out because it was from after that system broke down. /is probably totally wrong and staff is laughing
Huh, that could be. I have no idea, I'm just here to (try to) answer questions (maybe I should stick to Help & Questions instead of P&B lmao). It makes sense to me though, so staff can laugh at me too I guess lol

I would personally either file a new ticket, or file a ticket to have the first one reopened, and fully explain that you already had one in your inventory before you filed to have the two that were missing given to you. It's possible that because you mentioned it in a ticket about a different issue, either the staff member wasn't completely sure of the whole situation of what you were referring to, or couldn't address it there. They can't really deal with two totally separate issues in one ticket. And they get a lot of tickets, so it's easier overall for every issue to be in its own place.
Did you ever get this resolved through the original ticket or another ticket?

I didn't, but I unlocked my loyalty boxes that I had, then relocked them, and my missing one appeared, so if you're having a similar issue, try that :)
