Okay, because tattoos have been down for what feels like forever, I'm looking to get a Interstellar inspired tattoo cw commissioned, but before I even begin my search for an artist, I want to see if it's an idea that would get interest.. as it's pretty out there. ;O;

Idea: face tattoo of a vintage clock ( I - XII like 1st pic with minute and hour hands more ornate like the 2nd pic, no seconds hand ) placed so it's mostly on the scalp coming down to avatar's eye area ( meaning it wouldn't appear straight, but would contour to the avatar's head shape like any tat should ), the spaces between the Roman numerals would be thin small dots and dashes following morse code to spell out stay ( with one letter in morse code between two Roman numerals ), all done in black, time would be 11:35 ish, the middle of the clock where the clock hands come together into a point ( idk what else to call/describe it ) would have the word stay written as tiny as possible going around ( being able to read it isn't really a top priority for me as I don't want it super huge and obvious )

CI would be something related to a clock, but I really don't care about it xD

Would anyone be interested in something like this? ;O; pinging friends that might be interested? idk

I think I would totally have to see an example of what you're thinking before any yes or noes. xD

I'm not really one for face tattoos of any sorts (except for some forehead emblems/stars) - but I'd really have to decide once I see it because I can't really visualize it from reading your description. 8)

(this) kinda like: but near the wrist area - and it would probs be too small for the morse code, but the time could still be 11:35.

I was thinking about a watch actually, but who would do that? ;O; Tattoo seemed simpler and more versatile even though looking back on it my description probably is super overwhelming oops. The time 11:35 isn't really significant, I was just thinking of how the hands would look like on the forehead/scalp hehe. X) Maybe subeta will actually fix tattoos one day so I won't have to think about filling a batch again. CAUUUSE ALL I WANT IS A TAAATTTTOOOOOO. /cries :C

There was no forehead tat in Interstellar. :O It's totally just my interpretation of a clock (big theme in the movie) on the head haha. xD

Once tattoos become a thing again I'll try and do what you want - I was pretty good at subeta tattoos back in the day. 8) It's just difficult because they're small so a lot of intricate details will get lost, like the Morse code + roman numerals if it's not on a semi-large scale. I actually sketched it yesterday.. but forgot to save it/show you. xD Although now I think I understand more what you mean by it & I did it wrong the first time.

I'd totally go for a watch if it was unique. I mean if it had a hologram black hole coming out of it (which I think would be aesthetically pleasing & something people who didn't watch the movie would like) it would be really cool in layering possibilities. You could also do like a space helmet or something with a reflection of space (or again the black hole or even just the messed up lined bookshelves) or what not. 8)

I'd really like to see an example of this face tattoo you're after. I may be interested :D And any other tattoo commissions, must have

omg that's so sweet of you ;O; <3 yeah, I don't expect legibility/super sharp detail, just something that is obviously a clock (hopefully the hour/minute hands would clear that up really well)~ If you feel confident to try again, I'd love to see it. c: I was thinking today of how the black hole looked like and that would be a nice tattoo as well. But idk how copyright would work since it is pretty distinct and how to make it a tribute, not a knock-off. For a clock, it's at least super vague. xD
