It's an itemm that does nothing but looks like it should! I think it'd be a great implementation to make it usable.

Option: Open What comes inside: Any item with balloon on its name!!

It would also be of help to get some of the most expensive balloon items price come down as they're needed for the Balloon Collector Achievement.

I'd rather see the more expensive balloons, sans the DP one, rereleased individually. The Keith 18th birthday ones were free gifts, namely, and each of them was out for like, 12 hours. That's great crystal shop material.

Items generators like this one will deflate the most expensive balloons, it's true, but also the less expensive ones.
