I don't know if this has been anyone else's issue, because I haven't seen anything about it, but I have not recieved my loyalty box from last year, and I'm afraid I won't get one this year (in June). Has this been an issue for anyone else?

Try going to your User Dashboard and if you don't get one, file a ticket. They were/are broken (not sure it was ever fixed but at least in the past some people weren't getting theirs)
