Fester schematic not ready

I ordered a fester schematic on the day of it's release (28.03.) but it's still not showing up in my inventory. The 48 hours are more than over by now. Is there a problem with the new schematic?
- my system is Mac OS X 10.10.2, browser is Firefox 36.0.4

There is this man who wanted to be the Doctor since he has been a child
He became the Doctor and got a daughter
This woman is also the daughter of the Doctor of the past
And now his wife and mother of his daughter
So tell me ... how can this be without a TARDIS?
I thought it took 3 days sometimes, depending on what time you made it wait til that exact time and if its still not there I would try filing a ticket

It wrote "within 48 hours" in the purchase. But I will see this afternoon, then the three days are over. Opened a ticket and hope, that there will be one of the schematics available soon.
I ordered a second one yesterday to make sure I didn't miss a confirm-button or something :-D
